Please read the Board of Directors Position on Ebikes in Red Rock Canyon to the left. I believe the city’s attempt to circumvent a vote of the people that allows ebikes on TOPS properties by changing the definition of “non-motorized” to include any class of ebikes is wrong. This author believes this approach by the city is shady and evasive at best and unethical at worst.
