The Red Rock Canyon Bioblitz will be from Friday, July 19- Sunday, July 21. Public events will be on Saturday and Sunday and will include hikes and talks presented by the TOPS Rangers and other experts, as well as tables with activities and information from local nature organizations. 

     The public can sign up for these activities on the city website (link is not ready yet) or they can participate in the data collecting by downloading the iNaturalist app on their smartphones and recording observations of any living things they see along the trail on our project iNaturalist webpage: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/red-rock-canyon-open-space-colorado-springs-trails-open-spaces-and-parks

     The bioblitz progress can be followed in real time by watching the iNaturalist site.

     Basecamp will be at the pavilion where the tables will be set up, as well as being the meeting place for all events.
